SECRETARY/TREASURER REPORT
Supervisor Schreffler motioned, seconded by Supervisor Bruner, to award the bids to New Enterprise Stone & Lime Company, Inc in the amount of $90,502.00 for base repair and asphalt leveling. The total Liquid Fuels monies for 2024 planned road projects comes to $90,502.00. Motion carried 5-0.

Supervisor McBurney motioned, seconded by Supervisor Paul, to approve the April 13, 2024 meeting minutes. Motion carried 3-0-2, with Supervisor Schreffler and Supervisor Bruner abstaining as they were absent from that meeting.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Supervisor Schreffler and Supervisor Paul were designated as the representatives for Halifax Township to attend the Halifax Ambulance Association Meeting.
NUISANCE REPORT
Supervisor Bruner motioned, seconded by Supervisor McBurney, to send a pre-nuisance letter to 4000 Peters Mountain Road regarding high grass exceeding 12 inches. Motion carried 5-0.
