Brad Bruner was absent. Infrastructure spending dominated the nearly three-hour session, highlighted by final approval of a new wash bay facility and the award of a Keiffer Road paving contract. All motions passed unanimously with no public comments offered.
Wash bay construction approved for $161,510, financed by a tax-exempt note up to $165,000. The board adopted the financing ordinance and awarded the construction contract to Rocky Mountain Structures.
Keiffer Road paving awarded to Morgan Paving at $21,000, the lowest of three bids (Henderson Paving bid $31,000; Parvin Paving & Sealing bid $23,880).

Road project bids authorized. The board approved advertising for tar & chip paving and for Matamoras Road base repair and widening from Stroheckers to R-OWN Dairy. Engineer Alex Greenly reported he is actively pursuing grant funding for Matamoras Road.
Supervisor Compensation Ordinance to be advertised in The Citizen Standard, a required step before any change in supervisor pay can take effect.
