Randy Paul motioned and Fred Ford seconded to recommend approval of the D & C Realty Plan with waivers of the Preliminary Plan requirement (Section 404) and curb/sidewalk requirement (Section 606), conditioned upon a standard note acceptable to Halifax Township, financial security for the E & S Plan, proper bond with engineer and surveyor seals and signatures, and County Comment Section 407.1.a.vii regarding contours at 2-foot or less intervals on the plan. Motion carried 4-0.
