Chad Lebo motioned and Randy Paul seconded to accept the Lake Tobias Wildlife Park Aviary Land Development Plan, approved 5-0. The plan also requested waivers for Section 404 (Preliminary Plans and Data) and Section 512.9 (Parking Requirements for Commercial Uses), which were approved 5-0 on a motion by Randy Paul and seconded by Chad Lebo.
