Member's First Credit Union – Land Development Sketch Plan

Adam Davis, Project Engineer with BL Companies, presented a sketch plan for Member's 1st Federal Credit Union along with Dale Gingrich for the parcel at Peters Mountain Road and Parmer Drive. The Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and discussed traffic on Parmer Drive and at the intersection. Full plans will be submitted for the July 3, 2017 Planning Commission meeting.

Robert Riley, representing Richard and Linda Mortorf, submitted plans to consolidate two separate properties and then subdivide and add part of one to another. Fred Ford moved and Randy Paul seconded to accept the plans for review; motion carried 5-0.

Township Engineer Transition and Escrow Process Discussion

Engineer Tom Wilson introduced Frank Galli from his firm as the new Halifax Township Engineer representing K & W. There was discussion on how the engineer would set up escrow amounts when plans are submitted and have comments ready within 14 days after escrow is provided to the Township. Engineer Tim DeWire will attend the next meeting on Galli's behalf due to vacation.
