The commission denied waiver requests for Sections 606 & 607 (Curbs & Sidewalks) but approved waivers for Section 512.5 (parking islands), Section 513.5 (street trees), and Section 502.3(A) (collector street right-of-way), on a motion by Chad Lebo seconded by Randy Paul (5-0). A waiver to the Preliminary Plan Procedure under Section 404 was also approved on a motion by Randy Paul, seconded by Dwight Hoffman (5-0).
